Domain & Hosting Information
This section will help us to understand what kind of help, if any, you need in securing your domain name and hosting.
Do you currently own your domain name?
Your domain name is your website address. Ex. www.yourwebsite.com.
What is your domain name?
Where did you purchase your domain (your registrar)?
When you purchase your domain name, we recommend GoDaddy for a registrar. This particular department at GoDaddy is great. We don't recommend their hosting solutions but if you just want to buy a domain name, they are great.
Before you purchase your domain, go to Google.com and google "GoDaddy Discount Code." This can save you a pretty penny on your initial cost.
We recommend that when you purchase your domain that you opt in to the "privacy." This will keep you from getting a ton of phone calls from companies trying to sell you design services, SEO, and a litany of other services. These calls can be quite annoying!
Finally, be sure to choose the auto-renew domain. It is easy to forget. The last thing you want is to lose your domain, especially after you have built your brand and done all of your printing with your new domain name.
What would you like your domain name to be?
When choosing a domain name it is good to choose a relevant web address. Your domain does not necessarily have to contain your main keyword, especially if you have a brand name that is easy to remember. Try to keep it short and concise. If you want to use your keyword as your domain that is okay too.
We will help you purchase your domain name; however, we do not want to own your domain name. You should be the owner of your domain name as your marketing will be tied to it.
This will keep your host, or website design firm from holding your domain name hostage should you decide to discontinue services with them.
We can help you create a registration account at GoDaddy.com or even do it for you, but we want you to own your own domain name for the aforementioned reason.
Do you currently have a hosting service for your website?
Your hosting service is the company that owns the servers where your website lives. It contains all of your website files and allows browsers to render your website.
Who is your current host?
Does your hosting service provide cPanel or some other control panel solution where files can be uploaded?
Are you married to your current host?
We find our hosting solutions to be better than most of your major "gang hosts." While they may charge a nominal amount for their hosting solution they generally do not offer the quality hosting and site load times that we offer. If you are not "married" to your current host, we would like to share some information about our platform.
About Your Website
When we build a website our pricing is largely determined by the number of pages that you want. Most companies will start out with 5-6 pages. When you consider how many pages you want, we like to use what we call the "Outline Format" to set the navigation/menu of the website. The navigation is divided three ways: the Primary Navigation (this is the main navigation), the Secondary Navigation (these are your drop down menu's), and your Tertiary Navigation (these are the menu items that "fly-out" from the secondary items).
I. Home (primary)
II. About Us (primary)
a. What We Do (secondary)
b. Our Mission & Purpose (secondary)
c. Our Team (secondary)
i. President- Jane Doe (tertiary)
ii. C.E.O.- John Doe (tertiary)
iii. Office Manager- Ms. Smith (tertiary)
III. Services (primary)
a. Service 1 (secondary)
b. Service 2 (secondary)
c. Service 3 (secondary)
IV. Blog (primary)

These are some of the most common pages that are requested by our clients. If you don't see everything you want, that's okay, we will give you the opportunity to add more.
Additional Pages I Want To Add
Do you have any content you want included in the website
For each of the pages content is important. If you could provide a text or word document with the content you want to see on each page we will add this to the site and embellish the content for search engine performance.

Max. file size: 600 MB.
You only have one chance to make a first impression and your website is most often the first impression of your business that your prospective and return clients see. You want to make sure that your website is aesthetically pleasing and fully functional. This section will help us to help you choose the best design possible.
Do you currently have a design in mind?
What is the web address of the site design you like.
Often times our clients just need a little help discovering ideas about what their site could potentially look like. Based on our clients expectations we can put together a few solid choices of actual working sites (with dummy content) for your review to help pique your interest and nail down a design concept. Once we have received your form we will send you links to working, dynamic samples for your review. Your choice will dictate the direction we take your design.

Is your new site going to be an eCommerce site?
An eCommerce site is a website that allows your customers to use a credit card to purchase products or services that you offer. eCommerce sites have a shopping cart and use a payment gateway to process purchases.
Many of our clients use link icons to their social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc..., on their websites to connect their clients to their social profiles. Please copy and past the full URL's to the social networks that you would like included on your website.
I would like my phone number prominently displayed on each page of my website.
Most businesses want their phone number shown on all pages, if you are the exception that is okay too, just let us know.
What phone number would you like displayed across the site?
What is your call to action?
Customers need direction. What would you like for your client to do, ultimately, after they visit your website?
What is your service area?
Which State(s) Do You Service?
Which Cities or Zip Codes do you service?
Do you have your own images?
Pictures say a thousand words. If you have your own images that is great, we will incorporate these into your website. If not, we can help you get images for your site.
Drop files here or
Max. file size: 600 MB.
Do you have any videos you want added to your website
If pictures say a thousand words, video says a million. We can add your existing Vimeo or YouTube videos to your site. If you don't have videos we offer video production for a very reasonable price.
Copy and Paste the Links to your YouTube or Vimeo videos
Who are your competitors
To help you get an edge over your competition we want to analyze their current Internet footprint. List some of your top competitors.
Would you like any forms on your website?
Often times our clients will use forms to gain information about their prospective clients for a number of reasons. Some suggestions for forms could be: email collection, narrowing down or vetting a prospect, identifying needs, inbound marketing, etc...
Is there anything else that you would like to tell us about your project?
Since this form is not an exhaustive list of everything that goes into a website we would love to hear about anything else you would like to see in your design.
Our AdwebConsultants will be in touch with you as we begin your build to collaborate and flesh out ideas that will leave you with a brilliant design. Who is the primary creative contact that will be responsible for the final approval of the website when it is completed?
